THANKS AND PRAISES. (In appreciation to God and all the Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship NCCF Kebbi state chapter members onthe occasion of sendforth of Batch B corps members) Standing here we are today, The last sunday of our service year, All the way from across the River Benue, Crossing the many bridgesof River Niger, Passing across the confluence in Lokoja, Over the nameless mountains and rocks, The fiery sun of the North Bears us witness that When the clarion call was made, We obeyed. And so here we serve God Through serving our father's land. Our thanks and praises today like sea are endless, To God and to man we say thank you. But to God especially we are grateful. Him who has done so much for us we worship. Him who protected all along we honour. Who under the sun and in the rain, Did never for once leave us at our own mercy. Him, the author and the finisher of our service year we glorify today. From the forest towns of the South Western Nigeria, From the streamy cities of the South South, From the wall ancient towns of the North East, Even from the creeks of the great Niger Delta. The crested vests and caps we wear, The khaki jackets and trousers we put on, And the jungle boots with which we proudly march, All bear us witness that When the clarion call was made, We obeyed, We left our distant lands far behind, And here we are today, Here we serve God Through serving our father's land. To Dado today, we say thank you. To Uncle, Aunty, Mamo, Rugged, Rhemma, Tos, Image, Prayo, Cbn, Dd, Mdo, and all Jesus corpers, We are saying a big thank you. To NCCF, we are making apromise, That we shall always His ambassadors be. To Jehovah Jireh, God our provider, We give all the thanks, To Jehovah Ralpha, God our healer, We give all the glory, To Jehovah Nissi, God our banner, We render all the honour, To Jehovah Elshadai, God the Almigthy, Belongs all the power, To Jehovah Shikenneh, Godour righteousness, We sing our praises, To Jehovah Shammah, God the Omnipresent, We commit our humble selfs
